Model Project Approach
Description
A Model Project (MP) is a type of training & project delivery mechanism, in which GQP develops a small-scale version of a proposed solution for a client company. This approach can be used right from the start, as a project in and of itself, or it can be utilized at the end of a more extensive project, as a knowledge transfer mechanism.Ā The purpose of the MP is to provide the client with a tangible example of how the solution should be implemented for success, and to act as a set of referenceable code and infrastructure, created by experts, for your staff to learn from.
The MP is typically delivered to the client in a relatively short timeframe, usually within a few weeks or months. The code base and infrastructure allows you, the Client, to understand “what” our experts did.Ā However, “what” is often not enough, you must understand āwhyā it was done, to truly learn from the experience of our experts. This is why a MP approach also involves leaving behind explanatory artifacts for the Client to train existing and future staff. This takes the form of video documentation identifying the solution architecture, design methodology, and explanation of important and crucial design decisions.
Lastly, nothing supports learning more than the experience of actually doing it yourself. Therefore, the MP approach involves a designated Client resource (train-the-trainer), in an ever-escalating time and responsibility requirement, that works with the GQP experts to learn by doing as the solution implementation matures.Ā Additional support hours are also usually included to aid your staff in gradually taking on full responsibility for the solution.

Project-Based Approach with Knowledge Transfer
Description
In this model, GQP will work closely with the client to understand their needs and requirements and will develop a project plan that addresses those needs. GQP will be responsible for managing all resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. At the end of the project, GQP will transfer all knowledge and documentation related to the project to the client company in a knowledge transfer phase. This phase is critical to ensure that the client company can continue to maintain and improve the project on their own. This service delivery model is ideal for client companies that do not have the in-house expertise or resources to manage a project on their own. It allows the client company to benefit from GQP's expertise and experience, while not having to take on the burden of managing the project themselves.
Delivery and Management Responsibility
In this service delivery model, GQP has full and sole responsibility for the project, including a knowledge transfer phase at the end. It is a type of service delivery in which GQP is responsible for the entire project from start to finish. GQP is accountable for all aspects of the project, including planning, execution, and delivery. The client company, however, is providing input and feedback as needed but is not actively managing the project.Pricing Model
